AWESOME!

Super clear instruction, I had never done anything of the treenet thing, knots, weaving, and I think Sean translated the process in small size bites and clear instructions.

I’ve really enjoyed the course so far. I’m about 2/3 through. I’ve been taken through material choices, tree protection, weaving techniques and little handy tips and tricks. Broadly delighted! Look forward to seeing my completed tree net seat!

I find the course very clear in order to obtain the knowledge I was looking for. I haven't build anything yet.

FAQ

  • Can I access the course on my mobile device?

Yes! Anywhere you have a browser, you can access this course

  • How much would it cost in materials to get started weaving?

The main cost of weaving is the rope for the perimeter and the paracord for the fill. The amount of either varies based on the size of the project and the density of the weave. I always tell people to start off with 150' of perimeter and 1000' of paracord. Through my supplier (Knot and Rope Supply–link at bottom of this page) that would be $226

  • Do you accept PayPal?

Yes! If you have any questions, feel free to email me at [email protected] or DM me on Instagram, Tik Tok or Youtube

  • What rope/paracord do you use for nets?

For the perimeter, I use 7/16" static polyester over nylon rope and for the fill I use nylon 550 paracord. My supplier is Knot and Rope Supply. If you want to see a curated selection, you can follow the link at the bottom of this page.

  • How long does a net last? Can I leave it up through the winter?

Yes! I've been weaving for abut 4 years myself and my first net is still standing strong. They do get a little tighter when it rains! I don't personally have experience (yet!) with nets in the snow but have talked to other weavers who've had no issues. Apparently the snow falls right through the web.
